Loc-Con LLC is a privately run management company dedicated to providing quality service and products to its consumers. Currently Loc-Con serves as the parent company to Lay-Z-Mind, a consulting firm for children and educators specializing in grades k-12. Loc-Con also runs and manages Innovative Dream Films, which produces quality documentaries, music videos, and features. Lastly, under the Loc-Con umbrella is Altyme Records an independent record label promoting the creative and artistic talents of individual musicians, poets, and bands of all genres.
